Among her many roles and responsibilities with CapMetro, Sharmila supports Project Connect, a multi-billion dollar investment in an expanded public transit system in Austin. She joins Ratna to talk about that program and what she’s learned working among a large, diverse group of stakeholders in an effort to steer the project from conception, to the finish line.
